A commercial wine representative will be on site to explain and match wines to each course of the dinner. 

She will explain the background of the wine along with why it pairs well with the selected course. 

The event will highlight the Greg Norman wine collection.  Greg Norman (famous golfer, nickname the Shark) is from Australia.
